At Tulum, we take pride in the quality of our sun tanning lotions and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help — within reason and with customer safety in mind.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.

We cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to health and hygiene standards.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number at tulum8988@gmail.com. We'll make it right.
